Hotel Information

The Hyatt Regency Phoenix (602-252-1234) is the host hotel for the 73rd North American Wildlife and Natural Resources Conference. The hotel is located at 122 N. Second Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004, at the intersection of North Second and Monroe streets. The hotel is approximately 3 miles (4.8 kilometers) from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

Special room rates, based on federal per diem rates, exist for Conference attendees at the host hotel; no other rates apply. These daily rates do not include prevailing hotel taxes, which currently are 12.27 percent. Room types and costs are:

• single (1) - $165
• double (2) - $180
• triple (3) - $200
• quad (4) - $211

Deposits for the first night of each reservation will not be billed to the guest's credit cards until AFTER the reservations cut of date of 01 March 2008. However, keep reading!

NMFWA guests need to secure their reservations with a credit card to guarantee AND need to register for the conference through the 73rd North America Wildlife Conference website (see link above) as a NMFWA attendee to ensure that their credit card is NOT charged for the deposit.

On March 1, a list of registered conference attendees will be sent to the Hyatt. Registered conference attendees who have reserved a hotel room with a credit card will NOT be charged a prepayment.
