2025 Annual Meeting & Training Workshop
2025 will be the 42nd Annual NMFWA Meeting. It will take place in Louisville, KY, at the Galt House. The event will once again be held jointly with WMI’s 90th Annual North American Wildlife and Natural Resources Conference. This conference is scheduled for March 9-14, 2025. Additional information regarding the conference will be posted here as soon as it is available.

Hotel Information
This year’s event will be held at The Galt House Hotel (140 N Fourth St, Louisville, KY 40202). A block of rooms has been secured for conference attendees at a rate of $155 / night, plus applicable taxes and fees. This rate reflects the prevailing government per diem and applies to rooms with two queen beds. Rooms with a single king bed are available at a rate of $169 / night, plus applicable taxes and fees. The room block will be available until February 19, 2025 or until sold out, whichever comes first.
